Most of the community’s houses feature midcentury-modern and ranch-style architecture. Both designs typically feature simple and open floor plan with large windows. Mid-century modern homes feature more straight lines, flat roofing and natural textures, all popularized in post-war America. Shopping at flea markets and eating arepas along Orange Blossom Trail
Most of the community’s retail and dining options are along Orange Blossom Trail. Big box retailers and grocery stores like Walmart and Aldi keep residents stocked with the essentials.
