"How great the location is really can’t be overstated," says Joseph Keck, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Elite. “This part of Edmond is definitely desirable as far as schools. It also has the most places to eat, shopping all over the place, and it’s very easy to get to and from wherever you’re going." The location 2 miles from downtown Edmond and easy commuting convenience have helped the neighborhood stand firm over the years. “There’s a lot of transplants from out of state,” says Celeste Tribett, a real estate advisor with Block One Real Estate. “It’s one of those places where people may come in kicking and screaming, but once they get here, they never want to leave.”
