A functional living space for Fort Bliss military families

Cooperstown is a primarily residential northeast El Paso community in the shadows of the Franklin Mountains, 11 miles from the Fort Bliss Army headquarters. "The proximity to Fort Bliss makes this mostly a transient area,” says local agent Veronica Flaherty with Dependable Real Estate Group. "Families regularly move in and out as military assignments change." In addition to being within 20 minutes from the city's biggest employer, families with young children benefit from having an elementary school within walking distance. Shopping and dining options are conveniently set along nearby Highway 54 — Gateway Boulevard — which borders the community on the northwest.
