Pueblo Viejo has budget-friendly prices compared to other parts of El Paso

Pueblo Viejo offers more affordable entry points into the El Paso real estate market than other parts of the city, with empty parcels starting around $35,000 and single-family homes starting around $100,000. Plus, with a park in the neighborhood and public elementary, middle and high schools within a mile’s radius, the neighborhood is conveniently located for growing families. “Pueblo Viejo is an older neighborhood south of I-10 near Alameda Avenue,” says Realtor Yvonne Russell with Realty One Group Mendez Burk. “The city requires developers to set aside land for parks, so there’s a park in the neighborhood, and some mom-and-pop, hole-in-the-wall kind of restaurants.”
