A green and quiet community on the Texas-New Mexico border
West Valley has grown rapidly on the New Mexico-Texas border, with new single-family units constructed on Artcraft Road. Properties typically are close together, with most owners selecting gravel, stone or tile front yards. Smaller backyards and stucco exteriors also accent homes. Streets are on a grid-like pattern with some cul-de-sacs and circles. while elm, oak and mesquite trees are spread across the area. West Valley also gives buyers access to shopping, dining and entertainment venues while offering prime views of the nearby Franklin mountains. “It’s a quiet area; you don’t have a lot of traffic going through there unless you live there,” says Anahi Banuelos, real estate advisor at RE/MAX Associates of El Paso.
