The Pierre Moran Branch of Elkhart Public Library hosts several community events, including movie screenings, bilingual story times and crafting events for all ages. During Dia de los Muertos, community members can also add a picture or item representing a loved one to the library’s community altar. The game is hosted in both Spanish and English. In fact, all of the library's services are offered in both languages. “We have a staff that can accommodate and assist patrons with language and other barriers. People are always making copies, we get a lot of computer usage as well as faxing to state agencies.”
