Recreation and relaxation at your doorstep
Sometimes a name really does say it all. With a hilltop vista of surrounding Denver and a large park in its southwest corner, Belleview-Cornerstone Park comes as advertised. Approximately eight miles south of downtown Denver, the neighborhood provides residents with playgrounds, sports fields, trails, and a water park—all within walking distance. “The first thing I think of is the park itself because it’s got so much,” says Justin Berry, Broker with Your Castle Real Estate and longtime resident of the area. “Having access to that, along with the sort of vintage suburban charm of the neighborhood – it’s a really great spot.”

Prices typically range from $350,000 to $700,000 for single-family homes, with the available condominiums in the neighborhood starting at $215,000 and reaching up to $415,000.
