Tucker Emge. “This street has a mix of old and new homes in a mix of styles. Most of the old homes have been renovated, while others have been torn down and the land used to build new.” Ranch styles and split levels are across the street from new traditional homes and Colonial Revivals. Prices for a single-family house can range from $150,000 to $575,000, increasing with size. Some condos are in the neighborhood, with a two-bedroom unit typically costing $150,000 to $215,000.
