Multi-unit and multifamily Everett housing
Being in the heart of the city, Downtown Everett housing works to create as many options for residents as it can. Dipierro says that this results in a lot of multifamily condos and apartments in the core of the community built in the mid to late 1900s. The other part of the community is made up of with duplexes and single-family homes from the early 1900s that have been renovated to house two or more families on the outskirts of downtown. Prices for condos can range between $300,000 and $500,000, and multi unit homes range between $600,000 and $1 million.Downtown greenspaces, stadiums, and casinos
Meadows Park has a baseball diamond, multiple basketball courts and a large playground. Everett Veterans Memorial Stadium is the home of the Everett AquaSox, Everett’s minor-league baseball team. The stadium also hosts the Puget Sound Festival of Bands, an annual marching band competition and one of the largest on the east coast. Guests at Encore Casino can try their luck at the tables or attend a concert at Mémoire, the casino’s nightclub.Historic school buildings for Everett students
Students can start their education at the Parlin School, a kindergarten through 8th-grade school that earns a C on Niche. They can then finish up at the B-minus-rated Everett High School, which has been serving the community since 1910. The school was placed on the National Registry of Historic Places in 1995.Celebrating Hispanic heritage and the 4th of July
The city’s Independence Day Celebration takes place in Glendale Park, and residents come together for live music and games before the evening fireworks festival. In September, the Fiesta Del Río takes place along the Malden River at Rivergreen Park. Local musicians and restaurants come together to celebrate and honor Hispanic Heritage.Access to transit stations and major Boston roads

There are also nearby Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA) public transportation options, like the Wellington T station on the Orange Line and the Chelsea commuter rail station, both of which are less than 2 miles from the neighborhood. “Everett’s always pretty close to Boston by both the bus and the T,” DiPierro says. She notes that most options take about 30 minutes. The community also has a walkable layout, and residents often take care of errands on foot. The Cambridge Health Alliance Everett Hospital is less than a mile to the east, and Boston Logan International Airport is 5 miles away.Cultural dining options and nearby shopping
