Convenient suburban living in Everett
Glendale is a diverse Everett neighborhood surrounded by pocket parks and independent markets and restaurants. Perhaps the biggest highlight about living in the community is its accessibility. Whether it’s being able to walk to a corner bodega or take the bus to Boston for the day, Glendale residents can easily access not only Everett, but also Boston’s urban amenities. “Everett is a place that’s very close to Boston,” says Pat Roberto, a local Realtor at Era Millennium with 49 years of experience. “There are bus lines and the commuter rail in Wellington for convenient transportation. The city is also redoing lots of roads and adding bike lanes. Additionally, it’s not as expensive as surrounding places like Medford, Somerville and towns close to Boston.”
