Multimillion-dollar homes among Ponderosa pine groves
The homes in Hiwan Estates and Fairway sit along roads that curve past hilly, fenced-in pastures and groves of ponderosa pine trees. Late 20th-century townhomes and condos with two and three bedrooms have stone and wood-composition exteriors and are gathered in the northern part of the community. Homeowners pay a monthly HOA fee of around $470, which covers amenities like snow removal and trash pickup. Prices range from $500,000 to $1 million, depending on square footage. Single-family homes here include ranch-style and modern traditional properties with log cabin-like designs. These were built mostly in the late 20th century with some newer builds from the 2000s and 2010s, and all are a part of the Hiwan Homeowners HOA. These one to two-story homes include floor-to-ceiling windows and large back patios with spacious yards. Prices range between $800,000 and $2.4 million; homes with more square footage and bigger lot sizes typically cost more.Plenty to do at Hiwan Golf Club
