Raised ranchers and bi-level homes are common, built between the 1960s and 1980s. Many of these properties have cabin-inspired architecture, such as wood exteriors and wrap-around balconies. Prices range from $825,000 to $1 million. Multi-story mountain homes and Craftsman-inspired estates are also found throughout the area with stone accents, floor-to-ceiling picture windows and a back deck or balcony. These properties cost anywhere between $1.1 million and $2.8 million, depending on property size. Closer to the interstate, there are newer subdivisions with modern multi-story townhouses built in the late 2010s. These houses share a geometric design, come with attached garages and go for $1 million to $1.2 million.Surrounded by mountain trails and additional recreation
