I was out looking at properties one day when I happened upon an open house. The property ended up being too much of a stretch for me but the listing agent was unlike any other agent I had met. Sometimes the Universe sends us a person who can help us fulfill a dream. DD Rockwell was “That Person” for me. She LISTENS. She heard what I wanted in a property and guided me through a process that could have been stressful and frustrating, or least that’s what many of us have come to believe home buying has to be. It’s about getting what you want for the best deal you can possibly get, right? What I saw DD orchestrate was getting exactly what I wanted for the best deal I could get, but it also worked out perfectly for the seller as well. It was so amazing to watch a true “Win-Win” in action! DD guided me through a fascinating process, educated me about all of the things to pay attention to, and supported my needs throughout the journey. I almost felt like there was magic involved - some sort of divine arrangement. Because 5 offers came in on that house and they chose mine. I was not the highest bidder but DD knew what the seller needed to be best supported with my offer. There were many other details involved. For instance, the inspection showed a number of issues that weren’t apparent upon the first and second walks through the house. We worked through it and the seller was fine with the arrangement. Once again, it was a Win-Win for the seller AND me.

I am So Very Grateful for DD and her guidance, attention to detail, and instinctive ability to accomplish “the highest and best good for all.” I can’t imagine anything better than that!

As so many others here have posted, Danette is an amazing realtor who knows how to get things done. She helped me sell a house that really needed some great staging so buyers could see the potential. She worked with her architect husband to build a beautiful new home in Golden and she knows the ins and outs of construction, rules, regulations, and engineering - a real plus when listing a home. She has great local contacts to help get things done from plumbers to roofers to cleaners. She has a great understanding of the local market. Mostly, she is big calm in an often storm. Highest recommendation.

DD was so patient, thorough, knowledgeable, adaptive, and did I mention patient? We had very specific criteria that kept morphing as we went, but 3 1/2 years and 37 properties later we found our dream property in Golden. She kept us well informed of the closing process for both our bought and sold properties. She went to bat for us and put together the perfect sale of our previous home. Truly a dream to work with!

It is good and comforting to know that there are still people like DD Rockwell around who are not only exceptional human beings but go out of their way to help others. She is an amazing realtor, who has immense knowledge of the Denver real estate market. She takes great lengths to understand the needs of her clients and uses her knowledge of the area to find a good match for her clients.
I have worked with several other real estate agents in the past, but in my experience, no one comes even close to DD. She is extremely patient, professional and takes time to ensure that her clients are well informed at every step of the process. She is always looking out for her clients to make their experience painless. She not only identified great options for me, but took the time to review the HOA documentation to ensure I was not at risk of making an uninformed decision. She went through the inspection report in great detail to ensure that the items were fixed and resolved in a timely manner.

DD is the most dedicated and patient realtor you will ever work with! My partner and I were first time home buyers, browsing for condos during the pandemic. A year and a half later, we found our place :) DD listened to all of our desires and concerns, and never once put any kind of pressure on us to do anything. She is warm, friendly, and consistently keeps these traits above all else, which can be tough to find in this business. She will always accommodate her schedule to the best of her abilities, and is such a genuine person. DD never made us feel that she was just "looking for a sale" when working with her. We were lucky enough to fall into DD's hands, and through our home buying process we made a friend as well :)
