North Turkey Creek’s homes primarily have three or more bedrooms and sit on spacious lots flanked by tall pine trees. Modern cabin and chalet styles are the prevalent design choices, with dark wood facades, high-pitched roofs and tall windows that look out onto the nearby mountains. Ranch-style homes are also popular. Most of the neighborhood’s houses were built between the 1960s and 1980s and have been renovated.
