Cul-de-sacs of single- and multi-family homes

Lakota’s residential landscape consists of a variety of housing types found along loops and cul-de-sacs. “The architecture is mostly determined by when the houses were developed,” Joslin says. Ranch-style homes built in the 1960s are common, alongside New Traditional multi-story homes from the 1990s. These single-family houses span 1,100 to 2,400 square feet and cost $550,000 to $725,000. Most properties come with grassy front yards and driveways, with tall trees used to separate neighbors from each other. Multi-family properties found in the neighborhood include contemporary condos and multi-story townhouses built in the 1970s. These housing options range from 1,000 to 1,400 square feet and go for $250,000 to $350,000.
