Mirror Lake caters to various lifestyles
Mirror Lake, named after its central body of water, is more dynamic than most Federal Way suburbs. With eclectic architecture, lakefront subdivisions and commuter routes, Mirror Lake is a well-established community that caters to various lifestyles. This neighborhood is also on the edge of a dazzling retail and restaurant scene in Federal Way, the 10th largest city in Washington. "In Mirror Lake, the homes are a little older, and the prices are more reasonable compared to Seattle and other neighborhoods on the water," Pauline Clarke Jones, a Real Estate Broker at Skyline Properties, Inc. with over 15 years of experience. "It's very diverse, and that's why people gravitate there."

Jasmine Mongolian Grill is a Hibachi-style setup where customers pick their meal's ingredients, and the cooks create a made-to-order dish. H Mart is a Korean grocery store on state Route 99, and Trader Joe's is a market on 320th Street.
