Mirror Lake caters to various lifestyles
Mirror Lake, named after its central body of water, is more dynamic than most Federal Way suburbs. With eclectic architecture, lakefront subdivisions and commuter routes, Mirror Lake is a well-established community that caters to various lifestyles. This neighborhood is also on the edge of a dazzling retail and restaurant scene in Federal Way, the 10th largest city in Washington. "In Mirror Lake, the homes are a little older, and the prices are more reasonable compared to Seattle and other neighborhoods on the water," Pauline Clarke Jones, a Real Estate Broker at Skyline Properties, Inc. with over 15 years of experience. "It's very diverse, and that's why people gravitate there."
