The Mirror Lake neighborhood includes lush pockets of old-growth trees and various communities of homes, some of which are centered around local lakes. This neighborhood features Craftsman, New Traditional and ranch-style homes built in the 1960s. The area with the highest market value is the Mirror Lake subdivision, which surrounds an 18-acre lake with private docks and boat landings. Prices range from $350,000 to $950,000. State Route 99 and Interstate 5 are expressways that border Mirror Lake, heading 25 miles north to Seattle or 15 miles south to Tacoma.
