Private, luxury living in a gated golf course community
About 5 miles west of Downtown Flagstaff, Flagstaff Ranch offers luxury living with views of the San Francisco Peaks. The gated community is anchored by the private Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club and backs up to 1.8 million acres of pine trees in the Coconino National Forest. According to longtime Flagstaff area resident Eileen Taggart, an agent with Re/Max Fine Properties, the community's made up of about 30 percent Flagstaff locals, while most of the homes are second residences for those with primary residences further south. “It’s really attractive to people in the Phoenix area who can afford to get out of the heat in the summer,” Taggart says. “Phoenix is one of the fastest growing metropolises, and as more and more wealth pours into Phoenix, more and more people are spending higher amounts here in Flagstaff."
Many homes in the gated Flagstaff Ranch community are on the Flagstaff Ranch Golf Course.
