The neighborhood is less than a mile from the Florence Flea Market, the oldest and largest flea market in Florence, also known as Pee Dee's biggest weekly yard sale. The Pee Dee State Farmers Market is also one of the largest in the area and includes drive-thru shopping. "You don't even have to get out of your car," says Heather Keffer, the Marketing and Communications Manager at Visit Florence. There is also a Food Lion across Palmetto Street.
