A master-planned community in Flower Mound
Amid the hustle and bustle of the Dallas-Fort Worth area is an oasis of calm and community: Bridlewood, a master-planned residential development in Flower Mound. “It’s a sought-after neighborhood. People are eager to get in, and they do not want to leave,” says Kristen Carpentier, a local Realtor with The Social Agent Group who has 22 years of experience in the industry. “It’s really family friendly. People like living there because of the schools that are in the neighborhood, and they want to live close to the golf course,” Carpentier says. Bridlewood also offers its own equestrian center. About 30 miles from Dallas and just minutes from upscale shopping and dining, Bridlewood provides a luxurious lifestyle with all-inclusive amenities.

Stately brick homes with private pools
Bridlewood comprises 11 smaller neighborhoods boasting stately, traditional brick homes ranging from $500,000s to $1.6 million. Quiet streets give way to well-maintained sidewalks and front yards tastefully landscaped with local flora. Some properties showcase French Provincial and modern farmhouse details with stone facades and steeply pitched roofs to bright white exteriors with black accented windows. Two-to-three-car garages and roomy backyards, large enough for private pools, are the norm. From there, minor differences separate the neighborhoods, from Steeplechase’s picturesque golf course views to The Reserve’s gated entrances and exits to Bridlewood Farm’s large estates with proximity to the equestrian center. Coventry is Bridlewood’s largest neighborhood and Carpentier’s personal favorite. “The homes aren’t so on top of each other compared to the other areas; it’s more spread out, and the yards are bigger, which is getting harder to find these days,” Carpentier says.
Bridlewood is filled with traditional style homes with large windows for natural light.
