Towering homes built in the late 1900s and early 2000s feature stone and exposed brick exteriors on several thousand square feet. Prices range from around one-and-a-half million for a traditional architecture estate to over three million for a brick exterior estate with modern architectural features. “Homes there are very high end; one I sold had a putting green in the back yard,” Unell says.
