Rock Island
Single family and multi-family homes
While there are single-family homes, which are mainly ranch-style, many multi-family dwellings exist. “They’re not just duplexes; they’re sometimes fourplexes with two bedrooms and a bathroom,” Scalia says. “The typical house in Rock Island will have two to three bedrooms. Anything more than that, it would be a converted garage.” The living space is between 1,000 and 2,000 square feet, and the price ranges from $350,000 to $550,000. The age of the houses is from the 1970s and ‘80s, but there are some new construction homes and even some that were built within the past 20 years. Walking on the neighborhood streets is convenient, with sidewalks along most thoroughfares.Top-notch performing arts high school

The fun can last well into the night with lighted athletic fields, a basketball court, a playground, and a splash pad to beat the Florida heat. The Osswald Golf Course is great for a quick game or to work on improving your skills. James Bradley Junior Park is a passive open space with minimal amenities. They include various benches and a walking or jogging path.Caribbean flavors
