The Omni neighborhood and the surrounding area are made up of several smaller communities, most private and gated. Many of the condos, townhouses and single-family homes offer built-in garages, while the home styles are mostly Spanish revival constructions with stucco siding and red tile roofs. Coastal colors line the streets, with orange and pink exteriors creating a vibrant landscape. Prices typically range from between $400,000 and $600,000. “The neighborhood is also in a flood zone,” Shaw says. “Homebuyers always keep that in mind when looking at homes in the area.
