A peaceful capsule of convenience
The fittingly named Greentree is set among the mature landscape of northeast Fort Wayne, a setting that offers an extra layer of peace and quiet among the area’s residential neighborhoods, which are known for their relative tranquility. The neighborhood is small but spacious, its homes typically occupying large lots. In addition, there is only a single residential through street, which means traffic in the neighborhood is limited almost exclusively to homeowners. At the same time, those residents enjoy proximity to schools, parks and retail centers. “That area is kind of encapsulated in itself,” says John Moor with Coldwell Banker Real Estate. “It’s nice and secluded, but it’s also convenient.”
