A fast growing region
In one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the country, when brand-new homes are popping up all over the place, the aptly named Eastern Hills neighborhood offers a piece of history in Fort Worth. “It’s a unique, older, established neighborhood,” says Teresa Moore, an associate broker at Wedgewood Homes Realty. This community on the city's eastern side features homes built in the 1950s and 1960s set among tree-covered lots and gently rolling hills. Nader Jichi, a broker with Keller Williams Realty, says Eastern Hills' proximity is part of its charm. “It's in the heart of Fort Worth,” he says. “It’s very close to two major highways. It’s a big draw from people all over the metroplex.”
