Primrose Crossing
New developments in Primrose Crossing were once rural farmland
From the identical small lawns to its well-lit sidewalks, Primrose Crossing is what most consider the typical suburban neighborhood. Towering overhead are stately two-story single-family homes, primarily built by developer Trophy Signature Homes, with similar Tudor features of neutral-colored masonry, half-timbered walls and tall ceilings. Depending on square footage, interested homebuyers can expect to secure a three-to four-bedroom home for $300,000 to roughly $450,000. Those with five or more bedrooms and over 3,000 square feet of living space can top off at about $660,000.
