Master planned Fort Worth suburb surrounded by amenities
Tucked behind Spanish-style gates off the busy streets of Fort Worth is Santa Fe Enclave. The master-planned community offers security, privacy and upscale amenities with quick access to shopping, dining and attractions. Santa Fe Enclave’s diverse collection of subdivisions provides a variety of housing styles and prices for buyers, and it’s surrounded by two highly ranked school districts, two greenbelts and three major thoroughfares. “It’s a prime location in North Fort Worth,” says Dayna McCracken, a Realtor, investor and developer with Keller Williams Realty, who has been in real estate for nearly a decade. “Not only is Santa Fe Enclave next to interstates, but the neighborhood is also very walkable to restaurants and shopping and is right across the street to Saginaw High School.”

A gated master planned community rich in amenities
The gated amenity-rich Sante Fe Enclave has a collection of diverse subdivisions. It’s filled with Colonial Revivals, ranch-style, and two-story brick traditional homes. Most were built in the early 2010s, but there are also modern builds constructed in 2023 in the Rosewood at Beltmill subdivision. Prices range from the high-$200,000s for a 1,500-square-foot three-bedroom to the low-$500,000s for a 3,500-square-foot five-bedroom. Most properties have multi-car garages, large, paved driveways and fenced-in backyards. Lot sizes average around 8,000 square feet, but some go up to 10,000. Some higher-priced homes have in-ground pools and hot tubs. Amenities include a swim center, a stocked fishing pond, a private park and a multi-use trail. McCracken says homebuyers looking in the area will have their pick of inventory and more negotiating power than before the pandemic. “The market is still steady, but anything over $350,000 seems to sit longer than 21 days,” she says. “Unlike Covid times, we are experiencing buyers who negotiate repairs, get buy downs on interest rates from the sellers, or have sellers help with the closing costs.”
Santa Fe Enclave offers sweeping views that capture the essence of Fort Worth’s scenery.
