West Meadowbrook
A century of architecture styles
Homes in West Meadowbrook are a melting pot of styles set against large yards and generous oak tree cover. While many residences follow Traditional and Craftsman themes with low-sloping roofs and brick front columns, buyers will also see Tudors, cottages, ranch properties and even duplex-style houses in the mix. These homes range from projects built in the beginning of the 20th century old to midcentury residences and brand-new properties. Due to the wide range of styles, homes in the area can go for anywhere between $100,000 and $400,000 depending on the age and size of the listing.Lattes with a view at Coffee Folk
