"And they have great amenities like pools and common spaces." There are price points for most buyers in Jonesville. Most of the homes are new, and the designs are pleasingly varied. "There aren't any national developers in Gainesville, so many homes are custom-built. Most are around 2,400 square feet." "The Tioga Towncenter has a lot of amenities," says Willis. "That's a big draw for people moving in, and there's more commercial development coming."
