The quiet streets of Madison Park
While Gainesville is experiencing a boom of residential and commercial development to the west, there are several small communities that have thrived in the city since the early-to-mid 20th century. Madison Park is a textbook example, filled with midcentury homes and the hush of suburbia about 4 miles from downtown Gainesville. Near the A-rated F.W. Buchholz High School, eclectic boutiques and local eateries, Madison Park has convenient perks while also offering homes that meet or fall below the Gainesville median selling price.
The residential roads in Madison Park are shaded by trees and palm fronds and offer a sense of privacy.
