Prices here range from $210,000 and $370,000. Most residences were built between 1985 and 1995 and have two or three bedrooms. Monthly HOA fees are around $330, and the Mill Pond Clubhouse is at the center of the neighborhood, surrounded by resident-only tennis courts and a pool.
