Oceanville
'Quaint and inviting' from $275,000
Homes in Oceanville include established and new construction. New homes are especially prevalent on Gatehouse Drive, where large contemporary estates sit on significant acreage. Throughout the area, ranch-style, bi-level and Colonial Revival homes are particularly common. “It’s a very traditional, very colonial kind of neighborhood in terms of how it looks,” says Lucia. “There are some modern builds and a few larger estates, but in general, Oceanville feels really cozy, quaint and inviting.” Most homes range from $275,000 to $450,000, though modern contemporary homes can reach as high as $600,000. The large, palatial estates of Gatehouse Drive range from just under $1 million to $1.5 million.
