A desirable Gary neighborhood
Gary’s Westside neighborhood was mostly developed after 1960 and features some of the city's youngest housing stock. “This is the most desirable part of Gary after Miller Beach. The area has a good mix of homes,” says Kristin Trzoski, a Realtor with Advance Real Estate, LLC, who has sold property in the area for more than 5 years. “I’ve sold homes here to people in their 70s and in their 20s. There's also a lot of residents who have lived here for 50 or 60 years.”
