The non-age-restricted communities here are the Palladium and the Pine Tree Country Club Estates, the latter of which is built on the grounds of the Pine Tree golf course. Homes in both communities are mostly Spanish-Colonial Revival mansions with arched entryways and red clay tile roofs and Mediterranean-style estates with stucco facades. Of the two non-age-restricted communities here, the Palladium is more affordable, with homes ranging from $500,000 to $640,000. In the Pine Tree Country Club Estates, on the other hand, homes boast premium price tags because of their size and scenic location. Options start around $970,000 and can quickly surpass $2.75 million. The other five communities are age-restricted, each with a unique look. The Limetree Condominium community is known for its white stone villas, while the Pine Tree Village mostly has ranch-style homes. In Fairmont Place, craftsman bungalows and Mediterranean-inspired homes sit snuggly along tree-lined streets. And in Brighton Lakes and Greentree Villas, attached single-family homes and one-story duplexes win the day.
