Outdoor recreation in every corner of Cascade Park
In Cascade Park, there is outdoor recreation in virtually all directions. Located about 3 miles southwest of downtown Greeley, the neighborhood is in proximity to five parks, sports facilities and picnic areas. “The area feels private and tucked away due to the minimal through traffic and consistent tree cover,” says Sondra Huddleston, a local Realtor with Sears Real Estate. “Homebuyers are also attracted to the community because there is no Homeowners Association, so residents don’t need to worry about fees or property regulations.”
Centennial Park boasts an iconic skate park, perfect for that afternoon ride.
