A north Colorado community centered around agriculture
Established as an agricultural colony in 1869, Greeley remains a leader in Colorado agriculture and maintains its historic charm surrounding its quaint downtown district. In the city’s early days of development, Greeley’s agricultural industry drew in immigrants and refugees from Latin America, Southeast Asia and East Africa. The City Center area features historic architecture, with homes dating back over a century.
Historic Victorian architecture
Houses sit close together on quaint, quarter-acre lots, and most have fenced-in backyards. Bungalows and ranch-style homes sit between American foursquares and farmhouses, with many homes featuring Victorian influences. While some houses were built in the mid-1900s, most date back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Two and three-bedroom bungalows with between 1,300 and 1,700 square feet range from $290,000 to $375,000, while larger builds with more acreage can go for $400,000 to $650,000.
Two-story victorian homes can be found in City Center.
Large homes with long driveways are available in City Center.
