Large private lots
Ranch-style homes and modern traditional builds were built in the late 1990s and early 2000s, with some more established houses situated near the Greeley Country Club on the neighborhood’s east end. “The houses here tend to be larger than you’ll find in neighboring communities,” Baker says. “Especially when looking at the 1980s homes near the golf course. They are highly sought after, and you won’t see a whole lot of turnovers.” Most homes sit on quarter-acre lots, with fenced-in back yards and attached two-car garages. Prices range from $420,000 to $590,000 for ranch-style homes and minimal traditionals with less than 3,000 square feet, while larger builds east of 50th Avenue go for $550,000 to $790,000. Condos range from $320,000 to $550,000.
