Modern architecture and outdoor recreation in west Greeley

On the west end of Greeley, near the edge of rural living, Highland Park West has relaxed walkable streets near expansive outdoor spaces and popular shopping hubs. “Highland Park West features newer architecture compared to surrounding communities like Highland and Country Club West, but it avoids the monotonous, cookie-cutter feel,” says Judy Mylander, a local real estate agent with RE/MAX Commercial Alliance. “You see custom builds from a variety of builders, so no two homes are the same.”
