Modern shopping centers and easy access to thoroughfares in West Lake Park

Maple, aspen and oak trees line the quiet streets of West Lake Park, a small Greeley suburb less than 2 miles from the University of Northern Colorado. Green spaces and parks border the neighborhood in three directions, while big box stores and the Greeley Mall are just a few minutes south. “Greeley’s western suburbs have been expanding during the past few decades, which has brought a lot of new businesses and shopping centers to the area,” says Chad Nixon, a local Realtor with RE/MAX Commercial Alliance. “You also have easy access to both Route 85 and Interstate 25, so you can get to Downtown Denver in around an hour.”
