A quiet suburb with large lots and peaceful streets

The neighborhood’s homes sit on large, multi-acre lots on the outskirts of town, with farmland stretching between residential pockets. Architecture ranges from Cape Cods and ranch-style homes to modern traditional and mid-century-modern homes. Some houses date back to the mid 1900s, while others were built in the last 10 years. “New construction has taken off in West Greeley in recent years,” says Chad Nixon, a local Realtor with RE/MAX Commercial Alliance who has lived in the area for 15 years. “The area has quieter suburbs and larger yards compared to those closer to downtown, but you can still reach shopping centers and major roads within a few minutes.” Lots range from half an acre to 5 acres, and most houses have paved driveways and fenced-in yards, some housing horses and livestock. Ranch-style homes and Cape Cods on half-acre to 1-acre lots go for $520,000 to $780,000, while larger houses on expansive lots range from $850,000 to $2 million. With a CAP Index crime score of 2 out of 10, Westridge has lower levels of crime compared to the national average.
