A Green Bay suburb along parks and the interstate
Baird Creek is an eastern suburb of Green Bay located along Interstate 43 and the creek that shares its name. Tree-lined streets, an elementary school within walking distance, and nearby parks provide access to nature and sports facilities, giving the neighborhood a familiar suburban feel. Its location on the eastern side of Green Bay distances Baird Creek away from the activity of downtown Green Bay and the Titletown District, where the Packers stadium is. However, the direct access to I-43 connects residents with the city’s eastern shopping centers and restaurants.

The facility is a hive of soccer activity with six soccer fields that serve the local community. On the other side of I-43 is Triangle Sports Area. The park offers hiking, mountain biking and disc golf in warmer months, but the area really comes to life in the winter. The hilly terrain gets turned into skiing, snowboarding and tubing hills, with rope pulleys and magic carpets to pull people up the hill. The park also has access to the Baird Creek Greenway, a collection of trails running along the creek used for mountain biking, trail running and cross-country skiing.
