Colburn is a small neighborhood within walking distance of Lambeau Field and has one of the Green Bay Homeowners Association's largest residential parks at its center. The community includes a combination of unique shops, big-name retailers and several restaurants, making day-to-day life convenient. Though downtown Green Bay sits just a few miles east, residents enjoy frequenting businesses on the western side of Fox River. Enos Colburn Park sits in the center of the community, which residents enjoy year-round, whether dipping into its outdoor pool in the summer or ice skating atop its rink in the winter. It's also home to a wooded trail where many go for strolls with their pups. Just over a block south is Lambeau Field, making for easy commutes to the stadium to catch a Sunday Packers game with friends or peruse the memorabilia at the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame and Museum.

"There are coffee shops like Bhava Coffee where you can get a coffee and walk to the park," explains Magnuson. The local and woman-owned café off West Mason Street provides an array of latte flavors, from blueberry cheesecake to Fruit Pebbles, as well as a flight to try four at once. Meanwhile, residents head to Cheesesteak Rebellion, known for its Star Wars-themed interior for Philly cheesesteaks.
The homes of Colburn
Mature oak trees line the residential streets of Colburn, which turn modest front yards from green to bright orange and yellow in the fall. During warmer months, their canopies provide spots of shade for residents on morning strolls along the neighborhood's sidewalks. The community's houses are primarily ranch-style homes and a handful of tri-level, bi-level and Cape Cod styles, all built in the mid-to-late 20th century. The landscaping here is relatively minimal, with shrubbery hugging the front exterior of each and flowers lining the walkways of some. Potential homebuyers looking to move into the community can expect a price range from $150,000 to $340,000, depending on size and condition.

Packers' game day traffic
Considering its proximity to Lambeau Field, Sunday tends to be a busy day for the surrounding area, specifically for traffic. Thankfully, the travel influx only lasts a few hours along Lombardi Avenue and surrounding throughways. Alongside this, residential streets closer to the stadium have signs deterring street parking on game days.
