Big music performances at Page High School
Woodmere Park, as with much of Greensboro, falls under the jurisdiction of Guilford County Schools. From here, kids in the neighborhood can begin learning at Bessemer Elementary, which receives a C on Niche and is located a couple blocks south in the Glendale Hills neighborhood. Students can continue to Otis L. Hairston Middle, which earns a C. Finally, the B-plus rated Page High has nearly 1,800 students repping the Pirates and is known for its Performing Arts department, including marching band, chorus, and orchestra, which have historically done well in state competitions. The Page Pirates football team also won the 4AA state championship in 2023.
