Located on the outskirts of Greenville, the neighborhood of North Greenville is known for investing in its community during rapid population growth. “Between new jobs opening up and new developments being built, we’re seeing a huge influx in population in Greenville,” says Brianna Bothof, a realtor with LPT Realty who lives in Greenville and has worked in real estate for the past ten years. “One thing I love about living here is that the county has invested in our parks department. Everything is getting a makeover. We’re putting in new parks, updating amenities, and continuously expanding our hiking and walking trails, making it a better place to live every day.”
