You’ve got people in the neighborhood who have been here their whole lives,” says Laura Sullivan, a Realtor with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and Board Member of the Colonial Crest Neighborhood Association, one of the community's most active subdivisions. Most of Colonial Park North’s streets are lined with two-story homes that have large, manicured lawns. “They’re not cookie-cutter properties. Most people have acres of land and mature trees,” Sullivan says. Large Craftsman homes with modern features and 3,000 square feet of space can go for anywhere between $400,000 to $625,000. These properties can be found next to Colonial Revivals within the same price range. For those who want something smaller, brick ranch-style homes and vinyl split levels with 1,500 to 2,000 square feet cost around $200,000 to $400,000.
