Mature trees separate clusters of homes. Most houses in the neighborhood were built in the 1990s, though there are properties built all throughout the 20th century and new builds scattered throughout. The median home price is around $650,000. Smaller homes sell in the mid- to upper- $400,000s, while larger Colonial Revivals sell for nearly $900,000. “It’s a great place to start in Haverhill,” says Mark Dickinson, local Realtor at Realty One Group Nest. “There are a lot of ranches and little houses that are 1,200 or 1,300 square feet. For a house in average condition, you’ll spend $550,000. You can’t find that kind of value somewhere else. It’s insanity.”
