Starter homes and spacious builds in Bradford
Suburban homes line quiet subdivisions in Haverhill's Salem Street neighborhood. Located in the Bradford area on the south side of town and bordering the Merrimack River, Salem Street is home to sought-after recreational facilities like the Bradford Swim Club, Bradford Country Club and Ski Bradford, while still commutable to Boston in under an hour. Salem Street is home to smaller, starter homes as well as more spacious builds. "It's a mix of people who have been there a long time and younger 30-somethings moving there and forming their households," says Mark Dickinson, Realtor at Realty One Group Nest. "It's one of the most affordable options, and once they get there, they see how much it has to offer."
Salem Street offers a very quiet lifestyle and a lot of nature to enjoy during the warmer days.
