Fairview-Skinem offers quiet country living, and that's exactly what residents love about it. "A lot of the draw is that you're out of city limits, but there are still grocery stores and restaurants a short drive away," says Realtor and broker associate Zach Bingham with Re/Max Alliance. The community offers thousands of acres of farmland, pine woods and grassy fields marked by rivers, creeks and ponds. Though subdivisions are popping up, Bingham says, "there's still a good mix of acreage available." As the community develops, residents still enjoy the peaceful vibe of a rural lifestyle.
