It’s super easy to access the I-15 and I-215,” says Kathryn Harouni, a local Realtor of six years with The Thomas Group. There are also several popular outdoor spaces here, including one of the Las Vegas Valley’s newest parks. Shopping and dining are also well within reach, and the Los Vegas Strip is just 10 miles away.

Older homes allow for competitive pricing
Silverado Ranch is an established neighborhood. Since many of the homes here are older, the prices are competitive. “You’re gonna get more house for your money. It’s a little bit older–a lot of the homes were built in the 1990s–and the lots are bigger,” Harouni says. Condos and townhouses can sell for between $209,000 and $529,000. When it comes to single-family homes, two- to five-bedroom Spanish Mission and ranch-style dwellings can sell for between $300,000 and $630,000, while mid-sized estates can sell for between $630,000 and $1.5 million. There are also a handful of large estates with five- to 10-bedrooms, which can sell for up to $3.75 million.

Silverado Ranch Park is one of the Las Vegas Valley’s newest parks
Silverado Ranch Park sits on the west end of town and features sports fields, a playground and a skatepark. A new community center is being constructed on the grounds as well. It will feature a walking track, state-of-the-art exercise facilities, a teaching kitchen and an arts-and-crafts space. Two other popular spots are Hidden Palms Park and Duck Creek Park. These neighborhood parks are less than 1 mile from each other and offer residents access to exercise and picnic areas, playgrounds, and sports fields. For access to more extensive facilities, Sunset Park sits just outside the neighborhood. It is one of Nevada’s largest parks, boasting a 14-acre pond, soccer fields and sports courts. Several popular shopping centers sit just outside the neighborhood
The Eastern Beltway Shopping Mall sits off U.S. Interstate Highway 215. It’s full of familiar retailers like Old Navy, The Home Depot, Walmart, and Sam’s Club. Several eateries can be found in Silverado Park Place, adjacent to the Eastern Beltway. One highly-rated spot is Le Paris Brest Café, a French Barkey known for its flaky croissants and flavorful lattes. Just across town sits Silverado Ranch Plaza.
