Peaceful 55+ neighborhood surrounded by the Black Mountains
Less than 15 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, Solera offers expansive views of the surrounding Black Mountains. This area is located within the Anthem master-planned community and is smaller than other 55-and-older communities in the Las Vegas Valley but is not lacking amenities. From the clubhouse with daily activities to nearby shopping and dining options, there is always something for residents to do without having to go far from home. “It’s a nice, peaceful community for retirees,” says Joe Lightowler, President of the Solera at Anthem Board of Directors, who has lived in the area since 2015. “It’s very friendly; people I don’t know wave when I walk by.”
