Many people move to Frazier Marsh for land and seclusion from neighbors. Properties typically feature heavily wooded acreage, with homes built during the second half of the 20th century. Off Groometown Road, there are ranch styles and small bungalows of about 1,000 square feet priced between $150,000 and $300,000. Other options include larger, stately homes with price tags ranging from $600,000 to $800,000. Many of these houses are hidden behind dense forests, often in complete isolation. “Frazier Marsh is a very rural area where you don’t see the same type of house from door to door,” says Valencia. “Every single home was designed for the person that wanted to live there to begin with, which led to a lot of variety in the area.”Reel one in at the lake

Frazier Marsh’s countryside setting surrounds residents with acres of farmlands, some of which are open to the public. Ingram’s Family Farm has operated since the mid-19th century, yet didn’t start crop planting until 1980.
